Established in 1989 CNC Machinery Sales began life modestly as SBR Machinery in Sydney, focusing on conventional new and used machinery. Over the next decade we gradually built our business, product range and client base until acquiring the successful South Australian company Machines For Industry (M.F.I.) in 2000. This provided a springboard to a higher level with a greatly expanded client base, product range and most importantly highly skilled staff with vast experience in CNC Machinery.

For the next few years we operated in several States as either SBR or MFI until 2005 when we established our national identity, CNC Machinery Sales Australia Pty Ltd. This name accurately describes our main function, though conventional machinery and used machines are still offered. 2006 completed our national coverage with the acquisition of our long term Queensland Agent, Australian Capital Equipment.

In 2004 we had constructed a 1200sq metre national distribution center in Dandenong. This greatly enhanced our ability to efficiently process containers, inspect and pre-deliver machines, and carry a larger volume of stock. In 2010 even greater efficiencies and scope for growth were achieved with the combination of our head office with a larger 2000sq metre distribution centre in Adelaide.

CNC Machinery Sales Australia is dedicated to providing ongoing service and support to our clients in every part of Australia. Experience has shown that the best way to do this is to have both technical sales managers and in-house service engineers operating in each of the mainland capitals, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. As these men are directly employed by CNC Machinery, our In-house Service Engineers work to the priorities set by our Service Manager. This allows us the flexibility to move engineers to areas of high demand at short notice to keep down time to a minimum.

We would like to thank our existing clients for their support over many years and welcome new clients into the fold. As always we will strive to provide competitively priced, high quality products with service and support Australia wide.
