The FabMaster DE Series Punch and Shears are built in Taiwan to a proven European design with a heavy duty steel frame, which enables the machine to accommodate punching and shearing forces safely.
Double hydraulic cylinders deliver power to the punching station and the shearing and notching stations independently. As such there is a footpedal for the punching station and a footpedal for the shearing and notching stations allowing dual operations.
Punch and dies are easily changed with the punch hold down device swinging away.
All stations are complete with adjustable hold down assemblies to provide optimum set ups. Tables are supplied with quick lock adjustable guides for material guidance.
A 1000 mm rear gauging unit provides quick and accurate gauging for repeat shearing and cropping applications this is automated furthermore via the “Touch & Cut” feature.
