Overview
Main structural features
(a) The rotary bearing adopts a double cylinder roller bearing which is high in rigidity and accuracy. The center unload device (positioned at the upside of the bearing) enhances the rotation accuracy, rigidity, and strength of the table.
(b) The table guideways of linear motion and rotation both adopt compound guideways (sliding guideways with plastic inserts combined with guideways with rollers). They are of high contact rigidity, low friction, wear-resistant, high damping capability, and low high-frequency vibration. They are also of high accuracy, self-lubrication, and easy maintenance.
(c) The linear motion feeding mechanism of the table adopts a backlash elimination device and preload ball screw for feeding drive; the rotary motion feeding mechanism adopts double preload pinions and girth gear devices, which can eliminate backlash automatically and ensure high drive accuracy. Each feeding drive mechanism is of good structure, high accuracy, and ensures drive parts are stable.
(d) The feeding mechanism is driven by the SEW Germany servo-motor, equipped with a Heidenhain measuring system for longitudinal and rotary motions.
(e) Uses a separate electric cabinet, PLC controlled, DRO device Heidenhain, uses an independent hydraulic station to control clamping for each motion axis, and an electric Hand wheel for micro-feeding.
