Overview
This product is suitable for Horizontal Machining Centres.
- Rotational speed is up to 33.3 RPM.
- A special anti-wear, rigid alloy of bronze/nickel is used for the worm wheel, and hardened steel for the worm screw. This ensures long-term indexing accuracy.
- A powerful double brake system provides a large clamping contact surface for heavy cutting.
- 2 or 3 piece Hirth Couplings allow for a positioning repeatability of +/- 0.5 sec.
- Indexing Accuracy is +/- 2 sec. or +/- 3 sec., according to customer requirements.
- All units are manufactured from high quality materials and workmanship.
- Every unit undergoes Running/Accuracy testing for at least 48 hours.
- All electrical parts are imported from Japan/Germany.
