Ajax Force One Twin Spindle Slant Bed CNC Lathe Model FCL-20TS
Major machine parts, such as base, saddle, headstock, slide and sub spindle are made of Meehanite cast iron.
They are tempered to relieve stress thereby ensuring lifetime accuracy.
High performance servo motors are directly coupled to the pre-tensioned ball screws.
Linear guide way on X and Z axes has fewer friction and faster feed rate.
Box guide way on B axis has higher rigidity.

SKF Precision Spindle and P4 precision bearings
The cartridge type is conveniently removed allowing for convenient servicing. The spindle runs on class P4 precision bearings providing high axial thrust capability and superior radial stability. This ensures high precision during heaving duty turning.
Fast Turret Indexing
The 12 position turret features bi-directional random tool selection. Fast indexing time is 0.6 seconds.
Twin spindle series enables the entire workpiece to be machined at one time
