Fixed Head Bed Mills
QUANTUM Fixed Head Taiwanese Bed Mills feature AC servo motors on the X, Y, and Z axes. These motors provide variable feed speed changes and rapid feed capabilities, generating greater torque output at low speeds compared to inverter-controlled motors. An optional MPG hand wheel is available.
The VF type head includes a 3-step gearbox and an inverter for the spindle motor, suitable for both heavy-duty and high-speed machining.
An optional powerful 7.5hp or larger NT50 horizontal spindle with 500mm travel W axis is available.
