Overview
MFH-WS3 Model 1
The WS3 motorised facing head mounts on a rotating and translating axis, managed by WS machines. It performs facing or internal turning operations (linear or non-linear) on tubular cylindrical bodies. An electronic control panel allows the operator to control all machining steps. The radial movement of the tool is controlled for position and speed, enabling automatic precision machining.
Dedicated modular extensions accommodate different diameter ranges. The counterweight can be proportionally set for a balanced system.
- The tool stroke is 90/150mm.
- The diametrical machining range is Ø80mm to over Ø600/800mm (expandable and customizable upon request).
- The system features a separate control panel.
- The system is electronically powered, autonomously and separately.
- Power supply is managed via a rotating collector, bound between the shaft and the system.
