Overview
MFH WS7 Plus
The WS7 Plus motorised facing head mounts on a rotating and translating axis, managed by WS machines. It performs facing jobs or internal turning jobs (linear or non-linear) on tubular cylindrical bodies. An electronic control panel allows the operator to control all machining steps. The radial movement of the tool is controlled in terms of position and speed, enabling automatic precision machining.
Dedicated modular extensions handle a range of diameters. The counterweight can be proportionally set for a perfectly balanced system.
- The stroke allowed to the tool is 240mm.
- The range for diametrical machining goes from Ø200mm to over Ø1700mm (expandable and customizable upon request).
- The system is controlled by a separate control panel from the main one.
- The system is electronically powered, autonomously and separately.
- Power supply is managed through a rotating collector, bound between the shaft and the system.
