Overview
The Orthogonal Overlay Welding Kit enables the Ws series to perform orthogonal overlay welding on the faces and/or shoulders of holes for machining.
It is essential for applications requiring the restoration of shoulder and/or housing thicknesses to ensure perfect component coupling.
The kit features an automatic mechanical radial feed system, facilitating spiral overlay welding.
When combined with the KIT 2000 (FACING HEAD), it restores over-worn parts to their original conditions.
